clean room stocked fridge comfortable bed

i arrived early. the hotel confirmed an early check in was available. the room was clean. the fridge contained juice water and milk. there was tea coffee biscuits and porridge. the bed was comfortable with toiletries in the bathroom. good towels were provided.

i found a slight delay in response to my request.

fantastic stay!

clean room complimentary drinks easy self check-in convenient experience

the room was super clean. i appreciated the complimentary milk and drinks in the fridge. the self check-in process was easy to follow. it was a very convenient experience overall.

The parking area accessibility was a bit tight. Though, it's manageable with some caution.

faulty remote missing batteries

also, the instructions for finding the place was like a treasure hunt. I am not sure it needed to be that hard to find. finally, the tv remote did not work. I suspect batteries were missing.

modern room excellent bathroom generous snacks

the room was modern and clean. i found snacks and drinks were available, and these were a generous touch. the bathroom facilities were excellent, i thought.

i felt the payment process was a bit impersonal on arrival.

dust accumulation impersonal payment

The bathroom had some cleanliness issues. i noticed dust accumulation on the radiator, not ideal. also, the payment process felt impersonal. I wished to view the room before payment but was instead presented with the card machine immediately. the experience lacked a cute touch.
